Usually really good and I’ve used the taxi service many times and it’s been great.However, yesterday the driver taking me to the airport complained that I had 2 suitcases. He shouted that it’s supposed to be 1 suitcase for 1 person, not 2. Sorry but where is this written life rule?? I found that comment rather rude and unnecessary. My 2 suitcases were both medium sized, not heavy and I had no problem lifting them.Then I had only just got into his white car and was shifting myself to sit on the back seat that’s not behind him. While he kept telling me not to sit on the back seat behind him and to go to the other seat - all while I was in the process of moving myself!And at the end he didn’t acknowledge when I said thank you and goodbye. As I said I’ve always been pleased with the service but it was the first (and hopefully last) time I’ve had an unpleasant driver. His vehicle registration starts with CV
